All sales are FINAL for all custom made jewelry. Custom jewelry items go immediately into production after order is placed and may not be cancelled. Please ensure that spelling of names are correct. We are not responsible for any incorrect spellings or addresses after production thank you.

Please carefully place your orders with the correct address, emails, colors, fonts, sizes and number of letters. If a mistake is made please email us within 24 hours @ Littybylish@gmail.com.

                     Our priority is to provide a 100% money-back guarantee to our customers on any NON CUSTOM item. This is if you have an issue with any product that you can claim by providing proof.

For non custom items we have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, or you receive the wrong product, we will email you a return shipping label to send back to us free of charge. Once we have received the damaged/products sent in error, we will send the correct one out.
